At Kasey’s Krystal’s & Curiosities, each item is handcrafted with care using natural, ethically sourced materials. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my work:

All sales are final.

That said, I stand by the quality of my craft. If an item breaks due to natural causes (not accidental damage or misuse), I will gladly repair or replace it—just send me a photo and a short message within 30 days of purchase.
