1. Where do you source your bones?

Most of the bones I use are locally sourced by me, often from roadkill I ethically collect and process in my backyard. For pieces I can’t find locally, I purchase from trusted local suppliers. I never harm animals for the sake of my art.

2. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I’m happy to create custom pieces. Just send me a message to discuss your ideas. You’re also welcome to send me your own bones, teeth, or other materials for a personalized creation.

3. Can you memorialize my passed pet?

Yes, I offer pet memorial jewelry. Reach out to me directly for details on how we can honor your beloved companion.

4. Do you ship internationally?

I do! International shipping typically ranges from $20–$60 depending on your location. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I offer a “Pay in 4” option through PayPal for easier budgeting.

6. Are your earrings gauge-friendly?

Most of my earrings are gauge-friendly by default, and many can be adapted to fit tunnels at no extra cost—just request it!

7. How do you make earrings gauge-friendly?

I use leverback ear hooks that easily clip into tunnels for a secure and comfortable fit.

8. Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or breaks from natural causes, I will happily repair or replace it.

9. What kind of ear hooks do you use?

I use hypoallergenic ear hooks made from 14k gold-plated, .925 sterling silver, or nickel-free bronze and copper.

10. What if I need a specific metal for my earrings?

No problem! I’m happy to special order ear hooks in a material that works for you so you can wear your piece comfortably and safely.

11. Do you offer clip-on earrings?

Yes! Most designs can be made into clip-ons upon request at no extra cost.

12. How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship out the next business day. If your item requires custom sourcing or special components, it may take up to 2 weeks. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out! Tracking information is always provided. 

13. Are your products made to order?

Many of my pieces are made to order, depending on what materials I have in stock at the time of purchase.
